August 3, 2026 Nogales, Arizona—Baloian Farms BB #:123034 is pleased to announce the addition of Alex Jimenez as Mexico Grower Relations Manager, strengthening the company’s commitment to building lasting partnerships with growers throughout Mexico and supporting year-round supply programs for customers across North America.

In this role, Jimenez will serve as the primary liaison between Baloian Farms and its grower partners throughout Mainland Mexico and Baja California, overseeing grower relationships, production planning, contract programs, field visits, and seasonal transitions across the company’s vegetable portfolio, including bell peppers, cucumbers, squash, eggplant, chili peppers, and green beans.

With more than a decade of experience spanning produce sales, grower development, procurement, and supply chain management, Jimenez brings a unique combination of commercial expertise and hands-on agricultural experience. His career includes leadership roles with Permanent Agriculture, Campos Borquez, IFCO Systems, Pacific Coast Trading, and Kroger, where he developed extensive relationships throughout the Mexican produce industry while helping growers build sustainable, customer-focused programs.

“We’re excited to welcome Alex to the Baloian Farms team,” said Jeremy Lane, Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “His experience throughout the produce supply chain, combined with the relationships he has built across Mexico, make him an outstanding fit for this role. Just as importantly, Alex believes in building partnerships through open communication, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to long-term success. Those values align closely with the way we work alongside our growers and customers every day.”

Jimenez will work closely with Baloian Farms’ grower partners to strengthen existing programs, identify new production opportunities, and ensure consistent communication throughout each growing season. His responsibilities include coordinating production forecasts, supporting quality initiatives in the field and packing operations, and helping create seamless transitions between growing regions to provide reliable supplies for retail, food service, and wholesale customers.

The addition of Jimenez reflects Baloian Farms’ long-term commitment to developing strong grower partnerships built on trust, consistency, and shared success. As customer demand continues to evolve, Baloian Farms remains focused on providing dependable supply, responsive communication, and collaborative solutions that create value throughout the supply chain.
