Village Fresh appoints Chief Revenue Officer

LAKE MARY, FL – August 3, 2026 – Village Fresh LLC BB #:412472, the pioneer of controlled environment agriculture (CEA) in North America, today announced the appointment of Krysten DeGiglio as Chief Revenue Officer.

The appointment comes at a pivotal time for Village Fresh, which serves as the flagship portfolio company of Verdexa Holdings, a diversified food and ag-tech platform focused on fresh food, sustainable farming practices, and innovative agricultural technologies.

In this newly created leadership position, DeGiglio will oversee commercial strategy with a focus on accelerating revenue growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and developing new growth initiatives.

Krysten DeGiglio earned both her Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from Fairfield University. She began her career with Ernst & Young and later worked with Daiichi Sankyo before joining Village Farms in 2015.

Over the past 11 years she has served in roles of increasing responsibility across the organization, most recently serving as Director of Regional Corporate Sales. During her tenure, she has played an integral role in expanding the Company’s business with key customer accounts and successfully executed numerous sales initiatives that have contributed significantly to the Company’s growth across North America.
