Ganfer Fresh BB #:374990 sent this message to its partners and the produce industry:
Dear valued partners, suppliers, and members of the produce industry,
We would like to address the recent USDA/PACA administrative complaint published regarding Ganfer Fresh LLC.
The matter relates to a past period during 2024 and early 2025 in which the company experienced temporary financial disruption resulting from circumstances involving a third-party financial services provider. Thanks to the immediate support and commitment of our shareholders, all obligations to suppliers and growers were addressed responsibly, operations were stabilized, and the company emerged stronger than ever.
Today, Ganfer Fresh continues to operate business as usual, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, growers, customers, and partners while continuing to expand and grow across our business activities.
While the publication references a matter from the past, it does not reflect the current strength, stability, or momentum of our organization. We remain fully committed to professionalism, accountability, transparency, and the long-term partnerships we have built throughout the produce industry.
We sincerely appreciate the continued trust and support of our growers, suppliers, customers, and partners. Ganfer Fresh remains focused on growth, execution, and building an even stronger future together.
For any questions or further information, please feel free to reach out to our leadership team.
Sincerely,
Ganfer Fresh LLC
