Twin River Berries acquires Oregon Berry Packing
Twin River Berries announces the acquisition of Oregon Berry Packing, Inc., a respected grower-packer of premium Pacific Northwest berries.
December 1, 2025 PORTLAND, OR — Twin River Berries BB #:302260 has announced the acquisition of Oregon Berry Packing, Inc. BB #:161403, a respected grower-packer of premium Pacific Northwest berries.
The acquisition enhances Twin River’s expanding berry platform and reinforces its commitment to delivering quality, innovation, and value across the global supply chain.
As part of the transaction, Ben Escoe, President and CEO of Twin River Berries, will also serve as President and CEO of Oregon Berry Packing. The integration aligns both companies under a shared vision focused on operational excellence, grower partnerships, and long-term customer relationships.

Zane Coleman has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Oregon Berry and will lead day-to-day operations in collaboration with the existing team.
Jeff Malensky and Brian Malensky will continue in leadership roles as Frozen and Fresh Category Managers, respectively, maintaining customer relationships and driving strategic initiatives.
