The Giumarra Companies appoints East Coast berry sales leader

LOS ANGELES – July 27, 2026 – The Giumarra Companies BB #:113366 is pleased to announce the appointment of industry veteran Rodrigo Torres as Sales Director for its Giumarra International Berry East Coast operation.

In this role, Torres will lead sales strategy and customer development initiatives across the U.S. East Coast, as well as help expand Giumarra International Berry’s portfolio to drive growth opportunities with partners and customers.

Torres brings more than 20 years of extensive experience in the produce industry, having held sales leadership roles with Altar Produce, Campos Borquez, Naturipe Farms, and Chiquita, among others. Additionally, he completed Cornell University’s Executive Development Leadership Program and serves as a volunteer council member with the International Fresh Produce Association (IFPA).
