Folsom, CA, November 3, 2026 – The U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council (USHBC) and North American Blueberry Council (NABC) BB #:162393 have named Taylor Vazquez, an experienced agricultural marketing and communications leader, as director of communications.

In this role, Vazquez will lead a comprehensive communications strategy that informs, inspires and connects the blueberry industry while advancing the strategic priorities of USHBC and NABC.

“Communication is at the heart of everything we do. It connects our growers, informs our industry and shapes how the world sees blueberries. I’m excited to bring a leader of Taylor’s caliber on board to guide our communications strategy,” said USHBC and NABC President Kasey Cronquist.

“Taylor’s expertise will help us strengthen our connections across the industry, demonstrate the impact of our work and tell the blueberry story in ways that inspire greater engagement and opportunity.”

Vazquez previously served as an account director at Noble West, where she led marketing campaigns, executive messaging and communications strategies for food and agricultural clients. She also served as a marketing and communications specialist for World Wide Sires and as the farm news coordinator for the Sonoma County Farm Bureau.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in dairy science and a minor in agricultural communication from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

“Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with agricultural organizations to strengthen relationships, turn strategic communication priorities into meaningful action and advance shared goals. I’m thrilled to bring that experience to NABC and USHBC, working alongside this talented team, growers and industry stakeholders to foster collaboration, build trust and help shape a bright future for the blueberry industry,” Vazquez said.
