Rouses acquires 10 Winn-Dixie stores 

Rouses Markets, BB #:157301 Thibodaux, LA, will acquire 10 grocery store locations in Louisiana and Mississippi from Southeast Grocers, the owner of the Winn-Dixie banner. 

This will bring Rouse’s total store count to 76 in the Gulf Coast region of the United States. 

“These Winn-Dixie stores have served their neighborhoods for many years,” said Donny Rouse, CEO, in a statement. “We’re proud to welcome them, their team members, and their customers into the Rouses Markets family.” 

Rouses posted on its website what customers can expect:

• Delivery through Instacart, DoorDash Uber Eats, and Shipt.
