Seventeen transportation firms listed with Blue Book between July 10 and October 8, and six of them operate out of the Mexican border crossings or California’s San Joaquin Valley.
Texas added four transportation listings after adding one the quarter before, while California added three after none.

Laredo, El Paso, and Rio Rico each picked up a new listed carrier or logistics firm, which gives shippers working the Texas and Arizona crossings more names to vet before winter vegetable volume builds. In the California Central Valley, Bakersfield accounted for two of the new listings and Visalia for one, all three inside the same quarter.
Where listings moved
Blue Book recorded no transportation delistings in any state during the window. Texas and California led the gains, and Kansas added two firms after a quarter with none. Florida, Arizona, and Illinois each added fewer transportation listings than they did in the spring.
