Revenue Fell Sharply Before the Filing
The company’s Statement of Financial Affairs shows a steep drop in business activity over the past two years.
| Period | Gross Revenue |
| 2024 | $2,253,895 |
| 2025 | $1,640,448 |
| Jan. 1, 2026, to filing date | $52,691 |
Revenue declined 27 percent from 2024 to 2025, and 2026 revenue through the filing date was about 3 percent of the prior year’s total.
Score History
The Blue Book Credit Score held near 800 at the start of 2026, then fell sharply. It dropped 142 points in a single month, from 798 on Feb. 1 to 656 on March 1, and reached a low of 601 on May 1. The score has held at 611 since June 1.

The steep decline in early 2026 lines up with the company’s decline in revenue, which totaled $52,691 for 2026 through the filing date. The flat score from June onward is consistent with little new trading activity being reported.
Produce Suppliers Among the Largest Creditors
