WATSONVILLE, CA, August 17, 2026 — Field Fresh Farms BB #:169833 is excited to welcome four new team members: Lisa Fuentes as Director of Food Safety, Carmen Cardenas as National Sales and Account Manager, Moses Jimenez as Director of Logistics, and Andrea Lopez-Zavala as Sales Ops Analyst.

Fuentes joins Field Fresh Farms with over two decades of extensive experience in food safety, quality assurance, and food safety audits. As Director of Food Safety, she will lead the company’s food-safety programs and help ensure its operations continue to meet regulatory, certification and customer requirements.

“Lisa’s expertise and commitment to food safety make her a great addition to Field Fresh Farms,” said Jeff Oberman, chief operating officer. “Her leadership will help us build on the high standards that guide every stage of our operation.”

Cardenas brings a strong background in produce sales, commodity management, and supply chain management to her role as National Sales and Account Manager. She will focus on building customer relationships, supporting national accounts and identifying opportunities for continued growth.

“Carmen’s experience and customer-first approach will strengthen our sales team and help us serve customers nationwide,” said Oberman. “We’re happy to welcome her to the Field Fresh Farms family.”

Jimenez and Lopez-Zavala join Field Fresh Farms from The Salad Farm as its production, packing and shipping operations come under the Field Fresh Farms team. Jimenez joins as Director of Logistics, while Lopez-Zavala joins as Sales Ops Analyst. Their move brings valuable continuity, experience and knowledge of The Salad Farm’s customers and day-to-day operations.

“Moses and Andrea have been an important part of The Salad Farm, and we’re excited to have them join the Field Fresh Farms team,” said Oberman. “Their experience will help make the transition seamless for customers while strengthening our logistics and sales operations.”
