A Canadian court has approved a reorganization plan for Montreal, QC- based importer-receiver Fruits Et Legumes Royal BB #:375172.
The April 26, 2023, proposal to creditors was approved under sections 58 and 60(5) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, and the case number is 500-11-061949-232.
Hassan Makki is president of Fruits Et Legumes Royal.
In February, the company filed an Intention to Make a Proposal under the Bankruptcy & Insolvency Act last week in the Superior Court of Quebec.
