On July 2, 2014, a temporary restraining order was granted in a civil suit filed in the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois. The case number is 14-05022. Two plaintiffs were seeking approximately $208,000 in the case. The suit was filed against affiliated companies La Siembra Produce, Inc. and La Hortaliza Produce, Inc. The owner of the companies, Eduardo Ornelas, was also named as a defendant. A preliminary injunction hearing was set for July 10, 2014. Additional information regarding this case will be provided as it becomes available.
