The Stanley family sold their ownership interest in Stanley Farms and two other processing businesses effective October 1, 2014. The processing businesses were not listed in The Blue Book. The combined businesses now operate as Stanley Produce Georgia, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lakeland Management, LLC, Kirkland, Washington. Management declined to discuss specific details about the type of sale, the acquiring entity and did not provide any ownership details for the parent company; therefore, our rating numeral (63) has been reported.

Stanley Produce Georgia, LLC was formed under Washington state law on August 22, 2014. Lakeland Management, LLC was formed under Washington state law on December 17, 2012.
