Lef Farms sent me a flashback to a time I visited their brand new facility back in 2017 with my older son Ike. What’s really cool about the Loudon, NH-based facility is that they have a fully automated system that grows baby greens pretty much undisturbed, from seeding all the way to harvest and packing into clamshells, with only the grower keeping an eye on progress.
The company also started a local pickup, lef curbside, at its Loudon, NH-based facility last week.
The greens themselves reminded me of the food my husband and I ate in Paris back in February, so I decided to recreate the best sandwich I’ve ever had, and one of the best salads I’ve ever had.
