Leamington, ON (November 10, 2025) – Pure Flavor BB #:170379 is announcing the acquisition of a new, state-of-the-art nearly 200,000 square foot distribution center in Romulus, MI.
This facility will serve as a central hub for distribution of the company’s fresh, greenhouse-grown produce and will significantly reduce food miles, improve shipping efficiency, and enhance overall service to customers.
As part of the realignment of its supply chain, Pure Flavor is also consolidating its Texas distribution to a single centralized distribution point in Edinburg, Texas.
The centralization of its Texas distribution network and the opening of the new Michigan facility are part of the company’s broader effort to optimize its supply chain to better support rapid growth and customer demand.
“This is an exciting step forward in our growth strategy,” said Jamie Moracci, CEO of Pure Flavor. “The new Michigan distribution center allows us to serve customers more quickly and sustainably, while our internal teams benefit from streamlined operations and improved logistics.”
All employees affected by changes to the Texas distribution network have been offered continued employment at the company’s other locations, along with severance packages and career transition assistance.
Pure Flavor remains committed to being a responsible employer, and a forward-thinking supply chain partner as it scales for the future. The company expects to begin shipping from its new Romulus distribution center in Summer 2026.
