The 2024-2025 Peruvian mango campaign (from week 35 to week 18) has ended with a remarkable result: 267 percent growth.

In volume, shipments reached 289,430 tons, with an FOB value of $465,011,584, according to Agraria, citing estimates from the consulting firm Fresh Cargo Perú.
In terms of markets, Europe consolidated its position as the top market for Peruvian mangos with 139,910 tons purchased (48 percent market share) and a growth of 197 percent. North America followed with 130,879 tons (46 percent share) and a growth of 383 percent, and Latin America with 10,029 tons (3 percent) and a growth of 364 percent.
According to the Fresh Cargo Peru report, this season the largest Peruvian mango exporter was Sunshine Export SAC with 27,317 tons shipped (9 percent share of the total) and a growth of 417 percent. It was followed by Agrocosta Perú SAC with 22,862 tons (8 percent) and 1,170 percent growth; Dominus SAC with 14,405 tons (5 percent) and 187 percent growth; Camposol SA with 14,247 tons (5 percent) and 16 percent growth; and Jumar Perú SAC with 13,533 tons (5 percent) and 194 percent growth.
Among importers from abroad, Amazon Produce Network (USA) with purchases of 27,502 tons (10 percent share of the total) and a 713 percent growth; Frutos Tropicales Europe BV (Netherlands) with 11,610 tons (4 percent) and a 1,311 percent growth; Mission Produce (USA) with 11,333 tons (4 percent) and a 430 percent growth; Camposol Fresh (USA-Netherlands) with 8,553 tons (3 percent) and a 1 percent drop; and Freska Produce International (USA) with 8,168 tons (3 percent) and a 845 percent growth.
The most exported variety of Peruvian mango was Kent with 280,556 tons, representing a 97 percent share of total shipments. The Ataulfo, Keitt and other varieties were left with marginal shipments.
