PARIS—Never mind my terrible French, this gourmet food hall is legit. Premium barely begins to describe the quality of everything here. I’d describe the merchandising as “Whimsical Farmers Market.”

Some of the displays were … a little unshoppable … but they made up for that in the beauty and quality of the produce.
