On November 21, 2014 in the United States District Court Central District of California Southern Division under case No. 8:14-cv-00820-ODW-DFM, an ORDER approving entry of a Default Judgment was granted and entered against Seacoast Distributing, Inc. for the principal amount of $59,886.40, plus pre-judgment interest in the amount of $ 25,807.19 plus $16.40 a day from November 18, 2014, through the date on which judgment is entered.
