GrubMarket releases statement on SEC settlement

GrubMarket Inc. BB #:301166, released a statement regarding its Securities and Exchange Commission settlement, which was announced by the SEC on January 17:

“This settlement resolves an investigation by the SEC commenced several years ago relating to GrubMarket’s legacy financial systems.

The systems were significantly upgraded months before the SEC began its investigation.
