Sherrington, QC – April 27, 2026 – FMS Fresh Produce BB #:329090, one of Canada’s leading carrot and root vegetable grower-packer-shippers, has inaugurated a new state-of-the-art packaging line following a $25 million investment designed to triple its production capacity and meet growing demand across North America.
Equipped with advanced technology, the line enables faster, more precise, and more efficient processing, supporting consistent supply to distributors and retailers across the continent.
This investment positions FMS as a strategic player in the North American fresh produce network, capable of scaling operations to deliver high-quality products reliably and at unprecedented volumes.

Primarily dedicated to carrots and root vegetables, it enables FMS Fresh Produce to ensure a predictable and reliable supply for both its own production and that of partner growers. This new investment further strengthens an already well-established portfolio, which includes onions, with a dedicated facility inaugurated in 2023, as well as potatoes and lettuce, distributed year-round across Canada and the United States.
