Reedley, CA – February 2026 – Family Tree Farms BB #:169364 is pleased to announce the promotion of Leighton Dill to Marketing Director and Jacob Peterson to Research & Development Director, effective January 1, 2026.

Dill has played a key role in advancing Family Tree Farms’ brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and global market presence. Her leadership has strengthened customer partnerships, elevated brand storytelling, and supported the company’s continued growth across domestic and international markets.

With over 10 years in the agricultural industry, Dill brings deep marketing experience gained through overseeing a broad portfolio of agricultural brands across domestic and now international markets.

He has been instrumental in advancing the company’s varietal development efforts and strengthening the foundation for future genetics programs.
