In the United States District Court Southern District of New York (Foley Square) under civil docket number 1:14-cv-05353 on January 9, 2015, Default Judgment was granted under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act. The judgment against the company is for (1) the remaining payments due pursuant to the subject Stipulation of Settlement in the amount of $18,772.32; (2) delinquent health, welfare and pension contributions for the period of February 2014 through September 2014 in the amount of $22,582.72; (3) interest in the amount of $1,654.20; (4) liquidated damages in the amount of $8,271.00 and (5) attorney’s fees, costs and disbursements of this action in the amount of $5,074.00, for a cumulative total of $55,354.24.
