AUSTIN, TX–At the close of the 10th Annual Center for Produce Safety Research Symposium, attendees took a moment to recognize Bob Whitaker, Chief Science & Technology Officer for the Produce Marketing Association for his service to CPS, to PMA, and to the broader fresh produce industry.

Dave Corsi, Vice President of Produce & Floral for Wegmans Food Markets, Rochester, NY, closed his Chairman’s remarks with the salute to Whitaker, who recently announced plans to retire at the end of the year.
