California citrus shipper files for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection

On July 7, 2025, the Corona-College Heights Orange and Lemon Association BB #:138872, headquartered in Riverside, California, filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California (Riverside Division).  

The case is filed under number 5-bk-14552.

Court documents reveal the company has between 200 and 999 creditors. Its estimated assets range from $1 million to $10 million, while liabilities are reported between $10 million and $50 million. The filing states that no funds will be available for unsecured creditors after administrative expenses are paid.
