January 14, 2025 CAROL STREAM, IL – Jason Carty has joined Blue Book Services as Vice President of Sales, overseeing the inside sales and field sales staffs.
Carty brings extensive experience in sales, category management and retailer and grower relations. Most recently, he served as Senior Director – North American Sales for Apeel. He has also held sales positions at Capespan and The Oppenheimer Group.
Additionally, Carty has extensive experience in the technology field in enterprise sales, program management, and digital transformation.
“I am motivated and passionate about working at the intersection of technology and produce and helping define what part can we play in increasing production and consumption of fresh produce,” Carty said. “Joining the Blue Book team as we build more dynamic and integrated solutions for our customers is the perfect place for me. Additionally, I’m excited to work with such a talented team and one of the most trusted brands in our industry.”

Carty earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Information Systems from Saint Joseph’s University. He lives in the Greater Philadelphia region with his wife Lisa, and 3 children.
