February 26, 2025 FOWLER, Calif., – Spring is only a few weeks away, and the Bee Sweet Citrus BB #:123033 team reports a strong supply of lemons to supplement seasonal demand.
“With warmer weather just around the corner, there’s no better time to market lemons than now,” stated Bee Sweet Citrus Director of Communications Monique Mueller. “For many families, the spring months often signal the start of Lent and the comeback of outdoor gatherings, fresh meals, and more.”
Lemons are popular for their tangy flavor and are used in a wide array of recipes. The variety’s citric acid complements the taste of many pescatarian meals, while its tartness provides a zesty contrast to sweet dessert recipes.
“While lemons are sought out for their flavor, their use isn’t limited to just food and drink,” continued Mueller. “Their beautiful rind makes them excellent décor for springtime tablescapes, and their juice can be used as part of all-natural cleaning and beauty products.”
Bee Sweet Citrus lemons are currently harvested from California’s Central Valley, Central Coast, and desert regions. They’re available in bag and bulk options and would be an excellent item to cross-promote with seafood throughout the Lenten season.
