Colorado farm files for Chapter 12 bankruptcy protection

On July 26, 2023, Star Farms, Inc. BB #:172064 located in Brighton, CO., filed a petition for bankruptcy under Chapter 12 In the United States Bankruptcy Court District of Colorado (Denver) under case number 23-13320. 

Petition content showed that the estimated number of creditors to range between 1 and 49. Estimated assets were reported to range between $500,000 to $1 million while estimated debts were reported to range between $1 million and $10 million. 

According to court dockets, the meeting of creditors is scheduled for August 21, 2023 at 10:00 AM via Zoom. Docket instructions state, “go to Zoom.us, click on JOIN or call 1-720-408-4082, enter meeting ID 640 032 8561, passcode 2648042835.”
