The volume of Chilean blueberry exports reached 83,321 tons so far in the 2024-2025 season, which is 11 percent growth compared to the 2023-2024 period and a 1 percent drop compared to 2022-2023, according to the latest Crop Report from the Chilean Blueberry Fruit Committee, as reported by Portual Portuario.

The report said that by the fifth week, a total of 8,018 tons were mobilized to international markets, with the U.S. being the main destination, accounting for 64 percent of shipments, followed by the Netherlands (21 percent) and the United Kingdom (6 percent).
Initial projections through week 5 were 75,367 tons, which would indicate that exports, to date, are 10 percent above expectations.
According to the figures published in the report, 79,327 tons were exported by sea and 2,552 tons by air, which translated into an increase of 15 percent and a decrease of 39 percent, respectively.
