Produce Marketing Association postpones events through May 1

Due to coronavirus/COVID-19 concerns, the Produce Marketing Association has postponed events scheduled through May 1.

Siobhan May, director of communications for the Newark, DE-based organization said this includes Fresh Connections Retail scheduled for March 25-26 in Philadelphia, and the Women’s Fresh Perspectives conference scheduled for April 26-28 in San Antonio.

PMA is actively seeking alternative dates for the events, and will update members and attendees when they become available.

“These are events that are incredibly successful for the network,” she said. “At this point, what trumps everything is the health and safety of our members and attendees.”
