Arizona wholesaler files Chapter 7

On December 11, 2024, ERC Trade, LP. BB #:279123, with headquarters in San Luis, AZ, filed a voluntary petition for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 In the United States Bankruptcy Court, for the Southern District of California, under case number 3:2024bk04721. 

Petition content showed that the estimated number of creditors to range between 1-49.  Estimated assets were reported to range between $100,000 and $500,000, while estimated liabilities were $1 million to $10 million.  The petition showed that “funds will be available for distribution to unsecured creditors.”
