On May 19, 2024, Red Lobster Restaurants LLC, located in Orlando, FL, filed a petition for bankruptcy under Chapter 11 In the United States Bankruptcy Court District for the Middle District of Florida under case number 24-bk-02487.
Petition content showed that the estimated number of creditors to be more than 100,000. Estimated assets were reported to range between $1 billion and $10 billion, and estimated liabilities were also reported to range between $1 billion and $10 billion. A creditor matrix is attached. The petition showed that “funds will be available for distribution to unsecured creditors.”

Multiple related party Red Lobster entities have also filed for protection under chapter 11, and can be viewed in the attached filing.
