2019 Blue Book Ancillary Services Price Increase and Service Enhancements

Effective July 1, 2019 there will be a modest price increase of 5 to 7% for ancillary Blue Book Services such as online user licenses, logo displays, and express updates.

Prices for ancillary services have not increased since 2016, and over the last three years we have made numerous service enhancements to enrich the value of your membership.

These enhancements include: 

• The Know Your Commodity App – available to download to your smartphone with access to sourcing and shipping data for over 90 commodities.  
• Accounts Receivable (A/R) Analysis Report – a customized, comprehensive report reflecting your current list of customers, based on A/R aging files (submitted monthly, in confidence) to Blue Book Services. Aggregated with all other A/R contributor files, this report is a powerful tool: it quickly depicts risk, details industry performance, and highlights trends.
• Know Your Commodity Guide (print format) – back by popular demand, this annual reference tool provides essential information for sourcing and shipping produce in a convenient, softcover resource.
• The updated Trading & Transportation Guidelines – includes vital reference material and best practices followed by buyers, sellers, and shippers to expertly navigate the trade and transportation of produce.
